When placing an order YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

1. ORDERING FROM US
1.1 You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our business address. As part of our ordering process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. We will send you an order acknowledgement, detailing the products you have ordered.
1.2 Our acceptance of an order takes place when you place the order and sign a contract accepting our Terms and Conditions. When we despatch the order the purchase contract will be made even if your payment has been processed immediately unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order before us placing the order with our supplier.
1.3 We may refuse to accept an order:
(a) where goods are not available;
(b) where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment;
(c) if there has been a pricing or product description error; or
(d) if you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.
1.4 When placing an order for Bespoke Furniture, there is no right of cancellation. Once the order has been placed, full payment for the goods will allow delivery of your furniture. If you place an order, and make a deposit payment and then are unable to complete the payment, your deposit will not be refunded. Any order for bespoke furniture that has been paid in full will incurr a 20% fee for cancellation.
1.5 Delivery of your furniture will be between 2-14 weeks, depending upon the furniture ordered. The customer has taken measurements at his address, ensuring full access is available for delivery, and furniture is non-returnable if measurements by the customer are incorrect.
1.6 If delivery does not take place within the time expressed in 1.5, then Inspire Interiors will offer a goodwill credit to the Customer if it deems appropriate.
2. PRICING
2.1 All prices include VAT (where applicable) at the current rates. We reserve the right to express the price exclusive of VAT, but we shall show VAT separately and include it in the total price.
2.2 Our prices are reviewed periodically and the next review will be on 01/10/2008.
3. CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY
3.1 If you wish to cancel your order you can return goods (except furniture you have ordered from us) for any reason. The following rules rules apply:
-If written information provided no later than time goods delivered cancellation rights end 7 working days after the day on which they receive goods
-If you only give written information after the goods are delivered but within 3 months from the day after the day consumer receives goods the cancellation rights will end 7 working days after receiving the information
-If you don’t give any information then customer’s rights will end 3 months and 7 working days from the day after the day when customer’s received the goods.The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you. 3.2 Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full exchange credit as required or full refund of your payment minus delivery charges and sales of return charges.
4. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Disputes arising in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
5. MISCELLANEOUS
5.1 You may not assign, sub-license or otherwise transfer any of your rights under these terms and conditions
5.2 If any provision of these terms and conditions is found by any court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the invalidity of that provision will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions which shall continue to have full force and effect.
6 DELIVERY OF YOUR ORDER * A 1-man team will deliver your order and he will need
assistance on the other end for off loading heavier items. We deliver Monday-Friday 8.30am-4.30pm. Saturday delivery can be arranged at an extra charge. * We can only deliver to the ground floor of any address if this is
not the case then please advise before hand. * Please ensure easy access for the delivery. All appointments where we are unable to gain access will incur an extra charge of £20 to the customer. Please make sure that YOU ARE AT HOME to accept delivery.
If you have any concerns or wish for any clarification of our Terms and Conditions then we look forward to hearing from you.* Please check your order against your purchase receipt and any shortages must be noted on the delivery note. Any claim for orders not being fulfilled after you have signed for complete receipt of goods will be invalid. MUST unwrap and check the items in front of the delivery driver before signing. Signing for goods as "unchecked" is not acceptable for any claims. * From the date you have signed for your goods you have 7 days to make an initial claim for damaged goods. You have 14 days to make a full claim and please provide photographic evidence to support your claim. If you decide to unwrap you order and check for any damages whilst the driver is with you this would speed up your claim. Any damage seen in the driver’s presence must be noted on the delivery note. Any damaged goods must remain in their original packaging and unused. Any damaged goods that are used whilst we arrange an replacement will not be accepted back and we will not replace any damaged goods. * If you choose to inspect the furniture whilst the driver is present and the driver insists he must get off then please do not sign the delivery note and call us immediately on 01472 352352 or 07956220023 * All damaged items must remain with you and we will replace damaged items. Please do not refuse damaged items as this may delay getting replacements out to you.
